We do not use dry pour methods. Each footing is installed using a wet concrete mix to achieve proper compaction and structural integrity.
All post holes are typically 200mm in diameter and a minimum of 600mm deep, with adjustments made on site depending on soil conditions and load requirements.
Once posts are set, we allow the concrete to initially cure for 12–24 hours before installing panels, ensuring posts remain stable, aligned, and fully locked in position before any load is applied.
Because soil conditions vary across Western Sydney — from reactive clay to softer fill in new estates — we adjust footing depth and diameter on site to suit the ground conditions. This helps prevent movement, leaning, and premature wear over time.
