Who We Are

Glovers Fencing began in 2017 as a hands-on fencing operation built on quality workmanship and practical trade experience across Western Sydney.

From 2019 to 2025, we operated as a sole trader, steadily growing through word-of-mouth referrals, repeat clients, and strong relationships with homeowners and builders. In 2025, we transitioned into a registered Pty Ltd company, reflecting the continued growth of the business while maintaining the same commitment to quality that built our reputation.

Built By People We Trust

Glovers Fencing is owner-led and built around the same standards Joel brings to every job.

As we’ve grown, we’ve brought a small number of trusted fencing contractors into the team — people Joel knows personally, has worked alongside, and trusts to carry the Glovers standard onto your property.

There’s no passing your job off to a stranger. Whether Joel is on site or one of our trusted fencing professionals is doing the work, you can expect the same care, workmanship and attention to detail.

The people may grow. The standard doesn’t.

We continue to deliver fencing solutions across Western Sydney, including Colorbond fencing, timber fencing, aluminium fencing, and security fencing, with a focus on strong workmanship, clear communication, and fences built to last.

Strong Foundations, Long-Lasting Fences

At Glovers Fencing, we know a fence is only as strong as its posts. That’s why we focus on proper footings and installation methods that ensure every fence we build is straight, secure, and built to last in Western Sydney conditions.

We don’t take shortcuts with installation. Every fence, whether it’s Colorbond fencing, timber fencing, aluminium fencing, or security fencing, is built with a strong foundation designed to handle soil movement, wind exposure, and long-term wear.

Our footing method includes:

  • Increased concrete volume per post for added stability and strength

  • Wet mix cement method

  • Proper curing time before panels are installed, ensuring the footing fully sets before load is applied

This approach is more thorough than basic installation methods that rush same-day panel fitting or rely on minimal footing strength. Instead, we prioritise stability, alignment, and long-term performance.

Why Homeowners & Builders Choose Glovers Fencing

We’re not just another fencing company. Homeowners and builders across Western Sydney choose Glovers Fencing because we show up, deliver on time, and build fences that last.

We’re trusted for:

Reliable scheduling and communication
High-quality Colorbond, timber, aluminium, and security fencing
Clean, professional installations
Strong attention to detail on every job

Whether it’s a new build, renovation, or replacement fence, we work to builder standards with homeowner-level care.

Our Vision

Our vision is simple but deeply personal: to build a trusted, family-run fencing business that our children can be proud of one day.

Every fence we install and every decision we make reflects the hard work, care and dedication we put into building something that lasts — not just for today, but for our family’s future.

We’re building more than fences; we’re building a legacy. A business founded on quality, integrity and trust, with the hope that one day our children will have the security, inspiration and opportunity to follow in our footsteps if they choose.
