These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Glovers Fencing Pty Ltd website and the supply and installation services provided by Glovers Fencing Pty Ltd (“the Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using this website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

Services

Glovers Fencing Pty Ltd specialises in the supply and installation of fencing products including Colorbond, aluminium and timber fencing. All quotes provided by Glovers Fencing Pty Ltd are estimates based on the information supplied by the client and are subject to a site inspection before final confirmation.

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes from Glovers Fencing Pty Ltd are valid for 60 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified in writing.

Prices may be subject to change due to variations in material costs, labour rates, or unforeseen site conditions beyond our control.

A deposit is required to secure your booking, with the balance payable upon completion or as per the payment terms outlined in the invoice.

Responsibility for Payment

Upon acceptance of a quotation, payment responsibility rests with the person or legal entity to whom the quotation is addressed ("the Purchaser").

Acceptance authorises Glovers Fencing Pty Ltd to proceed with all agreed works, including demolition of existing fences or structures if applicable.

The Purchaser confirms that all necessary approvals from property owners, occupants, and authorities have been obtained.

Any delays caused by failure to obtain approvals may incur additional costs payable by the Purchaser.

Payment Terms

Payments must be made according to the schedule detailed in the invoice or contract.

Glovers Fencing Pty Ltd may issue progress claims based on work completed at its discretion. Such claims are payable upon receipt of invoice.

Late payments may result in suspension of work until payment is received.

Final payment is due upon completion of the works.

Any disputes or concerns must be submitted in writing within 7 days of completion before further action.

Glovers Fencing Pty Ltd reserves the right to withhold delivery or services until payment obligations are fulfilled and will legally pursue unpaid invoices.

The Purchaser agrees to pay all costs incurred by Glovers Fencing Pty Ltd in recovering unpaid amounts, including legal and debt recovery fees, on an indemnity basis.

Ownership and Risk

Title to goods supplied remains with Glovers Fencing Pty Ltd until full payment of all amounts due, including collection and legal costs, is received.

Risk passes to the Purchaser upon delivery.

If payment defaults occur, Glovers Fencing Pty Ltd or its agents may enter the premises without notice to repossess goods, including installed materials.

The Purchaser must provide reasonable access.

Removal may leave visible evidence which will not be repaired by the Company.

The Purchaser is responsible for all costs incurred in repossession actions. Entry for repossession will not constitute trespass or similar action against Glovers Fencing Pty Ltd or its agents.

Site Access and Conditions

The client is responsible for ensuring that Glovers Fencing Pty Ltd has safe and legal access to the work site.

Any delays, additional costs, or complications arising from restricted site access or unforeseen site conditions will be the responsibility of the client.

The client must inform Glovers Fencing Pty Ltd of any underground services, easements, or site hazards prior to commencement of work.
